Out of Hours Calling Handling Service
Rooftop Housing Association Limited (Rooftop) is seeking a Provider with an excellent track record of providing a high standard call handling service for 12 months with an option to extend .
The Provider shall provide an out of hours emergency telephone call handling service for residents of Rooftop.
The services will relate to emergency responsive repairs and anti-social behaviour.
The Provider will be responsible for logging calls appropriately, as per Rooftop's guidelines and procedures.
Rooftop has a dedicated in-house team taking these calls from Mon-Fri - 8am -16:30pm therefore the Service Provider will receive and prioritise calls during out of hours.
This is an early engagement notice.
