Trent and Dove (T&D) is seeking to appoint a Service Provider for the delivery of the External & Communal Works Programme 2025-2030 including the following works which will be carried out in both void and occupied properties: pitched and flat roof renewal and repair; Windows to dwellings renewal and repair; Roofline works; Walls maintenance and repair; Chimney refurbishment; Communal doors renewal; Other repair and maintenance tasks.
