Maintenance of High Voltage Equipment, Inspection & Blackout Testing

This a maintenance compliance requirement which defines the procedure to be carried out while undertaking High Voltage (HV) Testing and Inspection.

The requirements includes (amongst others: • Two six monthly substation/ site inspections • Two six monthly substation inspections with black out testing • Annual HV network cable integrity tests (insulation resistance) • Apply best practice for the maintenance, replacement transformer breather units • Replace transformer breather units (as required) • Full report of all maintenance and small works undertaken How to Register an Interest for a Pipeline Opportunity.
