Together Housing Association - Sprinkler Service and Maintenance - AWARD

It is Together Housing Group intention to enter into an Agreement with an organisation for the existing sprinkler systems servicing annually as per BS9251:2021 and maintaining as required.

This will include the possibility of adding systems to the contract as and when they come out of warranty, as a result of THA installation programme.

We require a 2 hour call out response time (maximum 3 only in mitigating circumstances) and remedial/repair works completed in a timely manner.

This will be determined by the system type and lead time on parts and will be agreed by THA contract holder.

Our existing contract expired on the 31st July 2023, therefore we would expect a company to bid that is able to mobile and formally commence works from this date Contracted from 01st August 2023 for the period of 3 years with the possible extension period of 2 separate 12month periods only agreeable subject to full instruction and meeting of all THA performance indicators.

Please note that the specification will detail all regulatory and legislative requirements we expect as a company taking on any new and maintained supplier, the location of some sprinkler equipment is located on the roof of low to high rise buildings.
