This is a notice for social and specific services in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU Article 74' Buckinghamshire County Council wish to commission a Volunteer Delivered Family Support Service.
The service will provide support to families with children at Level 2 and 3, where there is evidence that an outreach service meets an identified need for the family and has the potential to positively impact on the family's outcomes when other interventions may not be as successful.
The service will provide support to families in their own environment (either in their homes in the community or in temporary hostel accommodation) and/or to accompany families requiring support outside their home, as appropriate.
The contract start date is 1st April 2020.
The contract term is 2 years with the option to extend for up to one year.
The budget for this service is £246,850 per annum.
Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (TUPE) may apply to this contract.
