BEIS commissioned the monitoring of a sample of 28 Non-Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive ground and water-source heat pumps to identify their in-situ performance and to investigate factors influencing performance.

28 individual site case studies have also been compiled and are due for publication in 2017.
