Our Oracle CRM instance is at a version released by the supplier in August 2010 (v12.1.3) and is an on-premises solution.
Oracle will no longer be offering Market Driven Support for our version of eBusiness Suite beyond December 2024.
It is not technically feasible to disentangle and decommission our Oracle CRM instance by then.
Therefore, we are considering using Third Party Support services for the Oracle CRM solution for a period of 3-5 years from December 2023.
We wish to understand the type and depth of support services from potential suppliers and this RFI will help the University to better understand available support options.
