The brief

Leeds City Council requires a solution that will allow us to manage our social media, meeting the requirements as outlined in the statement of requirements.

We are looking for a solution for an initial 2 (two) years with the option to extend by 2 (two) further periods of 1 (one) year.

The solution will be primarily used by colleagues in the Digital Access Operational Team to improve customer service through social media.

The same solution will also enable other services across the organisation, for example the Museums and Galleries service, to take better advantage of social media to gather customer insight, communicate and engage with customers, and to deliver marketing campaigns through social media.

Suppliers will be expected to lead on the initial set-up of the solution, including (but not restricted to): Creation of initial user-licenses, permissions, and publishing groups; Set-up of initial schedule of reports; The addition of the social media channels to the solution is required to monitor; Providing access to training for initial users.

Suppliers will work closely with the project manager in this initial set-up stage, to provide guidance on how the solution can add value to LCC, and realise and measure benefits outlined in the project plan.
