The supplier should ensure that each machine to be supplied can meet the high volume and turnover of hot drinks required during peak periods.

The Council reserves the right to ask the supplier to supply further units or trading outlets.
The Council reserves the right to close sites as well as move sites to new locations.

The Borough of Poole will be able to access the supply through this contract.
The forecast contract value for this opportunity is £600,000 (£120,00 per annum).
Bournemouth Borough Council does not guarantee any volume of product required during the length of the contract.
The volume of supply is dependent on the number of operating units and demand.
The demand is strongly led by the season, weather, school holidays as well as events such as the Bournemouth Air Festival.
