The original notice stated - We are procuring services for Communal Cleaning including Window Cleaning for the North, South and North London regions.

We would like to appoint a supplier for each lot to carry out the services.

There are 29 Lots in Total for each area.

Bidders may bid for any number of Lots - they may choose to bid for all of the Lots, or a single Lot or any combination of the Lots as they wish.

Place of text to be modified: 11.1.5 Instead of: Value excluding VAT: 10,188,916 Read: Value excluding VAT: 1,856,400 Other additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).

However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
