The brief

Seetec Pluss delivers Employment Programmes in Southern England.

We provide tailored support to help Participants get back into work.

We undertake a personal assessment and support to identify goals, develop a return-to-work plan and access additional help if needed.

We have identified requirements against the following: 1.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Interventions We are looking for a provider to support and assist the way individuals think and behave regarding offending behaviour.

The CBT intervention is required to support and identify positive change(s) leading to employment.

We are looking for a programme that aims to give participants the skills to control their impulses and adopt positive, long-lasting changes in their lives.

Ideally, the CBT programme should also address specific offending including, but not limited to, domestic abuse, violence, animal cruelty and cyber bullying.

We are looking for a structured and tailored programme that can deliver an in-depth programme to those individuals either on a face to face or remote delivery for circa 45 participants.

We anticipate the programme to last no longer than eight weeks in duration, but this can be tailored to meet the needs of the individual.

To be delivered by March 23 2.

One-to-one Specialist bespoke disclosure support We are looking for a provider to provide one-to-one support to Participants to help improve people's lives and equip them with the skills they need to succeed in relation to disclosing convictions appropriately and positively thus demonstrating skills and confidence.

The content of the support will be tailored to specific individual need.
