The University of Manchester intends to award a contract with up to two building maintenance contractors to provide Measured Term Reactive Building Maintenance Services with a potential requirement for minor works.
The contracts will be awarded for an initial two [2] year period, with the option to extend for a further two [2] years.
These contracts include a reactive service to respond to unexpected repair/maintenance work, as well as a planned maintenance service.
