Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council), is seeking to develop a Framework of Support to Live at Home Care providers.
The framework is to be established to provide social care funded packages of support to adults aged 18 and over, who meet the eligibility criteria.
This includes adults who have assessed care and support needs associated with older age, physical and sensory impairment, mental illness, learning disability and for people living with dementia.
The framework will be in place for a total of five years (if all extensions granted), during which time providers may apply to join or may exit at any time.
The framework will commence on the 1st November 2022 and finish on the 31st October 2027 (If all extensions are granted) First Deadline for Submission of Framework Documentation 09/09/2022 followed by the below dates: 30th October 2022 12 noon 31st December 2022 12 noon 30th March 2023 12 noon 2nd May 2023 12 noon 30th June 2023 12 noon 30th September 2023 12 Noon 30th December 2023 12 Noon 30th March 2024 12 Noon 30th June 2024 12 Noon The following dates are in place if commissioners decide to extend the framework: 30/06/2025 12 Noon (1st Extension) 30/06/2026 12 Noon (2nd Extension) 30/06/2027 12 Noon (3rd Extension) See framework documentation on YORtender.
