PC05606A - LEAH'S YARD - PHASE 2
Works include the fit-out works and external works to the courtyard following the completion of the stabilisation and weatherproofing works to Leah's Yard; an existing Grade II* Listed building.
Further, as part of the Phase 2 works, the contractor will be required to undertake the demolition of the existing buildings that previously contained Chubby's food outlet and the Tap & Tankard pub on Cambridge Street and retention/repair of the existing façade.
Following the demolition façade/ retention works, a new build, multi-use office/restaurant space will be constructed, known as Albert Works.
Albert Works is to achieve a BREEAM 'Very Good' rating, to align with Sheffield's aspirations for net zero carbon construction.
This development forms part of the wider Heart of the City II development within Sheffield City Centre.
