The framework itself is structured into a number of lots, which will be linked to the specific disciplines / trades.
These include: Lot 1 - General building services Lot 2 - Electrical Lot 3 - Plumbing and Heating Lot 4 - Scaffolding Lot 5 - Flooring Lot 6 - Pest Control Lot 7 - Drainage Lot 8 - Damp and Mould Lot 9 - Commercial kitchen and laundry repair Lot 10 - air con and ventilation Lot 11 - TV aerial repair services Lot 12 - Fire door replacement and repair Lot 13 - Roofing repairs Lot 14 - Painting & decorating EMH Group already has a contract in place for reactive maintenance and emergency call-outs and contracts in place for planned large scale maintenance and refurbishment projects.
This framework is for the unplanned and non-urgent works that sit between the existing contracts and supports the in-house maintenance team
