The original tender for the contract allowed for an extension of two years from the fifth anniversary of the IHM Solution implementation 'Go Live' date which was 4 May 2020.
A modification to contract is now required to extend the extension period by one further year, i.e., +2+1.
The contract modification total award value is £162,000 inclusive of VAT.
This modification is required to support the thorough review of business requirements and the possible IHM Solution replacement and implementation (which would be subject to new procurement).
This review includes business financial planning and investment evaluation required to support such a system change.
