The brief

The objective of this contract is to provide her Majesty's Courts and Tribunal Service with a strategic partner and prime provider of services defined as "Core" and "Call-Off".

The Audit and Monitoring (A+M) contract support the performance management of Facilities Management contracts (https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/Search/Results?page=4#5e26d1d5-fae5-4c36-abc3-9718791f11c0) The A+M contractor act on behalf of the customer to ensure that the FM contractors are meeting their obligations.

The A+M contractor's obligations include: a) Technical Support b) Performance Management, Analysis & Reporting (of the FM Provider's performance) c) Monthly Review of the FM Provider's Self-Reporting d) Business Management & Project Support e) Asset Verification The contract is for an initial 4.5 year period, commencing 5th October 2020 - 31st March 2025.

The contract has a 4-year extension option running until 31st March 2029.

The Contract Value encompasses all core and call off services across the initial term, as well as the extension period.
