The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames (the Council) are looking to appoint a supplier for the provision of Parking Enforcement & Operations services.\r Services include:\r - Civil Parking Enforcement\r - Moving Traffic Enforcement, including provision of ANPR camera equipment, fixed and\r mobile\r - Consideration of informal appeals, and support in consideration of formal representations\r - Representing the Council at tribunals\r - Customer Service, responding to complaints, supporting in responding to corporate\r complaints, Elected Member and Members of Parliament enquiries\r - Operation of the off street parking estate\r - Parking Permit Administration\r - Bailiff and Debt Recovery\r \r It is anticipated that dialogue will focus on the following topics:\r - Deployment Plan\r - Recruitment & Retention\r - Customer Service\r - Technology & Innovation\r - Fixed and Variable Costs\r - Performance and Default\r - Social Value\r - Terms and Conditions\r \r The procurement documents are available for unrestricted and full direct access, free of charge at www.procontract-due-north.com\r \r The proposed duration of the contract will be an initial term of seven (7) years with the option to extend the contract for up to a maximum of three (3) years.
