The Contractors will need to demonstrate they are fully conversant with their responsibilities under the Regulations in their tender return and allow for all costs associated with their management of the Contract.\r \r The whole of the works are to be carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions of the JCT Minor Works Building Contract without Quantities 2016, published on behalf of The Joint Contracts Tribunal Limited by Thomson Reuters (Legal) Limited trading as Sweet & Maxwell.

The Contractor shall obtain a copy of The Joint Contracts Tribunal Limited Standard Building Contract without Quantities 2016 and shall make themselves aware of the conditions therein.\r \r The Council is undertaking a restricted tender process to shortlist the number of contractors pricing the project to no more than five.\r \r Contractors submitting this 'first stage' SSQ will need to meet the minimum (pass/fail) qualification requirements, provide examples of successfully completing projects of similar nature, value, timescale and complexity in Section 6.
