The Supplier shall be required to provide comprehensive and efficient debt recovery Services with the implementation of effective systems and processes to ensure auditability, professionalism and sensitivity.
The Services shall be called off as required and therefore there is no guarantee of volumes; however, the Supplier must be able to manage service fluctuations.
The majority of the debt we expect to refer to the Supplier shall be aged debt older than 120 days, with limited cases under 120 days.
