TfN is currently not a body corporate; accordingly, the procurement is being conducted under Sheffield City Region procedures on behalf of TfN.
This ITT forms the basis for a further competition in accordance with the Crown Commercial Services Framework Agreement RM1042 and the requirements of the Regulations and Framework Guidance.
The purpose of this Procedure is to identify the Most Economically Advantageous Tender which best meets the TfN's requirements for the Project
