The appointed development partner will be responsible for the delivery of:\r \r • Up to 300 homes as part of an outline consent for up to 500 homes;\r • Delivery of 33% of the homes as affordable in line with Local Plan policy;\r • Specialist accommodation for the elderly;\r • Accesses and construction of the east-west spine road;\r • 50 homes as part of a Future Homes Standard pilot.\r \r https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/homes-england-contracts-and-tenders
