Engage the Locality Manager for 1 day per week for 1 year = approx. £26,000 The Locality Manager will work flexibly with the region to: • Support the SC Market workforce group • Support the production of the workforce strategy and project plan • Support the implementation of the LGA workforce forecasting tool • Work with the Comms Lead(s) on the regional comms delivery plan • Be steered by the Commissioning Leads network to work to support SME providers where recruitment and retention issues arise • Be responsible for establishing a workforce provider group (group originally met in Jan'22) • Link with national work as required (SfC, HEE and LGA) • Support with integrated workforce plan with NHS colleagues
