The brief

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council is looking to commission specific support for migrant groups to include engagement of eligible young people between the age of 16 and 18 who are not in education employment or training (NEET) have a right to study/work in the UK, and are living in the Black Country Providers will be required to engage with the young person and provide specialist support on a one-to-one and group basis.

We anticipate the provision should engage and provide customised support to at least 40 eligible young people.
