This contract is for supply of water, the removal and treatment of wastewater (e.g. sewage) and provision of ancillary services to Nottingham University Hospital NHS Trust (the Buyer)'s sites including, but not limited to: - The Queen's Medical Centre Derby Road Nottingham NG7 2UH - Nottingham City Hospital Hucknall Road Nottingham NG5 1PB - Ropewalk House 113 The Ropewalk Nottingham NG1 5DU - The National Rehabilitation Centre Stanford Hall Estate Melton Road Stanford on Soar Loughborough LE12 5GF - Any other sites that may be added from time to time (e.g. the Community Diagnostic Centre).

Increases to wholesaler (E.g.

Severn Trent) charges are agreed via the relevant Government body (E.g.

Ofwat).

Under the Contract, these increases are passed onto the Buyer.

Ofwat sets rules that the wholesaler must follow in developing its charging schemes., meaning any increases are outside of both the Trust and the Supplier's control.

However, the Supplier's percentage markup are fixed throughout the Term.

The Term is 36 months with the option to extend for a further 12 months.

The Contract has been procured via the biannual Aggregation ran in October 2025 under Lot 3 of the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) RM6306 Water, Wastewater and Ancillary Services 3 Framework: https://www.gca.gov.uk/agreements/RM6306
