The Council has established a collaborative Dynamic Purchasing System for the Provision of assessment and therapies for the five (5) Authorities in the Gwent Region in line with the Light Touch Regime of EU Regulations and Public Contract Regulations 2015.
The independent professionals will deliver the service across the five (5) local authorities within the Gwent Region following the instruction of the Commissioner requiring a service.
This opportunity shall be re opened for those individuals / organisations who have either failed during the initial procurement process or new Individuals / Organisations wishing to join the DPS.
This process shall commence with the advertisement of a contract notice issued via sell2wales, which shall remain live for the duration of the DPS period.
