The Children's Rights and Advocacy Service will be available to all Stockport children and young people who have a Social Worker.
This will include children and young people subject to a Team around the Child Plan at Tier 3; children and young people subject to a Child Protection Plan, Looked After children, and those young people who have a Pathway Plan.
