Provision of a marketing campaign to improve conversion of international UG applicants.
The service is bespoke to the needs of the University of Birmingham and requires a detailed level of understanding of our CRM system.
The service will be tailored to applicants of a specific list of programmes and a campaign will be developed to target improved conversion with a chosen pool of international offer holders to enable a split cohort pilot.
The service provider will work with us to configure our CRM to enable this approach and so that the campaign can commence mid-cycle.
They are unique in being able to do this owing to the fact that they were previously part of the same company that developed and managed our CRM system.
The pilot is intended to run for a period of 6 plus a further 12 months if the first 6 months delivers the intended results.
