Protection fans are to be provided above all doorways/entrances and they are to be kept clear at all times.
The scaffolding shall be tagged and inspected every 7 days by the scaffolding contractor.
Provisional sums The contractors shall allow a provisional sum of £10,000.00 for the reinstatement of water damaged ceilings, ceilings tiles and decorations to the top floor of the building.
Roof Renewal The works shall be estimated based on the attached specification by IKO and all necessary Health & Safety shall comply with current regulations.
The awarded contractor will be expected to sub contract this work out to one of the IKO accredited providers listed below.
