CEFAS22-05 Asset Management System

An asset management system, which is capable of tracking both live and obsolete assets, to enable visibility of asset details, specification and value, with capability to hold documentation such as: • risk assessments and method statements/standard operating procedures. • maintenance records, including statutory inspections, service history, calibration history, PAT testing history, etc. • deployment history • associated contracts for servicing, maintenance, and calibration • other related and relevant documentation.

The system should be a cloud-based, capable of running on Windows 10 with Microsoft edge, as well as being able to be accessed on iOS for mobile and tablet, allowing all users the ability to search, run audits and reports for the variables stored within the database, and export data, with the ability to output a simplified dashboard with easily digestible infographics (such as graphical detail) which can be easily exported into Microsoft Office based reports.
