Repair, Maintenance and Associated Services

Modification Notice Original description: The typical activity under Lot 4 will be to deliver an Out of Hours (OOH) Call Handling Service for Golden Lane Housing tenants, tenant support workers and/or their families to report emergency and appointable repairs outside of normal working hours (including evenings, weekends and bank holidays) as detailed in the tender documents.

This service will include the keeping and maintenance of out of hours records, and the communication of out of hours jobs that require attendance by the third-party Responsive Repairs Contractor.

Description of the modifications Contract Novated from MCP Property Services Ltd (company number 03744489), Building B, The Chase, Foxholes Business Park, John Tate Road, Hertford, SG13 7NN to MCP Plus Limited (company number 1678486), Unit 7, Gentlemens Field, Westmill Road, Ware, Hertforshire, SG12 0EF.

All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain unchanged.

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances: This modification is made under Regulation 72(1)(d)(ii) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

Following the administration of the original contractor, a new contractor has assumed the rights and obligations under the contract.

The new contractor satisfies the original qualitative selection criteria originally established for the award of the contract.

No other changes have been made to the contract, and the modification is not intended to circumvent the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
