The brief

The Council currently provides 9 subsidised public bus services.

The framework agreement will be in place for a maximum of 4 years (3+1).

However individual call off contracts may be let for 8 years depending on demand and affordability.

The requirements exclude the provision of community transport and home to school transport for pupils with special needs requirements e.g wheelchair and/or escort.

Organisations must register their interest against the advert on the South East Business Portal https://www.businessportal.southeastiep.gov.uk/ in order to receive any changes or notifications issued by the Council during this tender process.

The Council will not be held responsible for lack of communication to any organisation who does not register their interest.
