The brief

Guy's and St Thomas NHS Foundation Trust (as host of the NHS London Procurement Partnership) is seeking to make some changes to the provision of non-emergency transport and other transport services Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS).

This notice relates to the modification and extension of the existing DPS to enable continued access for NHS Trusts and other eligible Contracting Authorities to complete further competitions and pre-market activities i.e. that commenced prior to the expiry date of the DPS.

The extension ensures continuity of procurement processes already underway and supports the orderly transition to the forthcoming Provider Selection Regime (PSR) framework, which is intended to supersede this DPS for all in-scope PSR requirements.
