2023 - 1027 Re-roofing works to Plant Rooms of Pioneer House, Hillfield's Coventry

Citizen wishes to tender for the provision of a new replacement roofing system to the main roof and upper roof(s) over several plant rooms to a 1960's, 17 storey tower block - Pioneer House.

The process will ensure that we appoint the right Contractor who can deliver an excellent service and demonstrate value for money.

Applicants are advised to ensure that they do not base their submission on discussions with any other member of Citizen Staff.

Failure to observe this requirement may result in your bid being eliminated.
