he service will provide 600 available hours week of support to households that include single people, childless couples, and families with dependent children.
This service will be tenure neutral for Bury residents over the age of 18 that are affected by housing problems and/or at are risk of homelessness.
The support will be provided to people in their own homes as a preventative measure to reduce risk of homelessness and more costly interventions.
Low level support / short term interventions will also be provided in communities, over the phone and online to prevent escalation in need / crises.
