The brief

Business / organisational objectives To develop and create a social media video or videos to feature as the centre piece of a wider multi-media campaign.

Concept, scripting and storyboarding for the campaign to be developed in close co-ordination with the West Yorkshire Violence Reduction Partnership Communications Lead.

To assist in the execution and delivery of the campaign in conjunction with the Violence Reduction Partnership, West Yorkshire Combined Authority.

Evidence the impact of the overall campaign, crucially from a behavioural change perspective.

Show that the campaign activity has influenced a physical response across the target audience/ demographic.

All the assets developed must adhere to a trauma informed6 approach and recognise the importance of diversity and representation across the content and correspond with our 'Child First' approach7.

Required formats Social media content should be adaptable to different platforms.

Required dimensions for social media products include 1080 by 1920 pixels (Snapchat, Instagram & TikTok), and 1920 x 1080 (YouTube Ad & in feed Ads).

Web or online assets developed must meet the accessibility needs of the Combined Authority, such as subtitles in visual content and audio description versions.
