The brief

Birmingham City Council requires a supplier for the provision of a citywide outreach support service for male victims of modern slavery.

This service will focus on victims who have been referred to the Council by the National Referral Mechanism (NRM).

The outcomes for this service are: • Survivors of Modern Slavery are safer and feel safer • Survivors have greater resilience and have a reduced risk of being a victim of Modern Slavery in the future This service is funded by a grant from the Home Office.

The total value of the contract therefore is £60k maximum.

This contract will be for a period of 12 months commencing 21st January 2019.

This contract may be extended for a further 12 months subject to funding and satisfactory performance.
