The brief

NHS Leeds Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) invites providers to a market engagement event in relation to a potential future tender for the provision of an integrated care model that delivers GP out of Hours, Minor Injuries, and elements of GP extended access.

The service will specifically need to consider the future delivery model for community urgent treatment centres and the delivery of the 27 core standards (see attachments).

The future service provision will support the delivery of both the Primary Care and Unplanned Care and Rapid Response strategies across the city of Leeds.

The intention is for the new service to evolve during its contractual period, widening the portfolio of service provision to continuously meet the needs of the Leeds population.

Current commissioned contracts are due to terminate in March 2020.
