The council is aiming to build on the findings of the Navigating Local Systems Phase One work to support and align with the development of a Strategic Outcomes Planning Model (SOPM), which Sport England is supporting the council to undertake.
Phase One has now been completed and the Authority is seeking to engage with a Consultant to enable the completions of Phase Two of the project.
