The brief

The council is aiming to build on the findings of the Navigating Local Systems Phase One work to support and align with the development of a Strategic Outcomes Planning Model (SOPM), which Sport England is supporting the council to undertake.

Phase One has now been completed and the Authority is seeking to engage with a Consultant to enable the completions of Phase Two of the project.

The full details of the Phase One Outcomes and Phase Two requirements be found within the tender documentation.

The documentation is available via ProContract and is free of charge to access.
