To facilitate an engaging way to refresh our recognition programme, we can introduce an upgraded package solution through a reward & recognition portal.
This will allow for a smoother, simpler and more engaging online recognition experience for our employees.
This new system also enables automated processing, saving significant time and resource, allowing us to dedicate more valuable time to embedding adoption and engagement.
It has clear benefits in line with our recognition goals.
