The brief

An exciting opportunity has arisen to deliver community services for East Staffordshire CCG.

We are looking for an established, innovative provider, who will be responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of all community services, inclusive of all ages, across the East Staffordshire geographical footprint.

The successful provider will need to ensure stability and rigour in the delivery of high quality, sustainable services as they are today, whilst also working to progress towards the vision for integrated community services in the Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent STP and the NHS Long Term Plan.

The contract is for a period of two years with an option to extend for up to one year.

This contract is for a maximum of £9,166,490 per annum (based on 2019/20 prices) which will be adjusted for future inflation and efficiency in line with NHS national guidance.

This is a Block Arrangement which means the overall fixed value will not be adjusted for changes in Activity levels.

A bidder event is planned on 20th August at Branston Golf Club, Burton on Trent, DE14 3DP from 10am - 12pm .
