There are three lots - Lot 1 Property Insurance and Claims Handling Service, Lot 2 Commercial Property Insurance and Claims Handling Service, and Lot 3 Motor Insurance and Claims Handling Service.
The contract(s) will be for an initial term of three years with options to extend twice by two years (3+2+2) up to a maximum of seven years.
Contract value is between £1.0m and £3.2m depending on contract term and deductibles.
