We also provide supported housing and extra care schemes.

To support the Together Housing Group to maintain its stock we are looking to appoint a structural engineering practice to undertake structural surveys, produce reports, produce schedule of work for tender, supervising works on site and act as Principle Designer.

Reports are required to provide alternative recommendations 1- Recommendations to make the structure safe and usable to last up to 5 years.

2- Recommendations to make the structure safe and usable to last up to 15 years.

3- Recommendations to make the structure safe and usable to permanently.

This enables us to plan a service that can deliver to our stock but serve our customers and add social value throughout our communities.
