LLA is looking to implement an all-in-one Online Service Quality Monitoring Tool to enable and unlock online reviews monitoring and management system with the capability of connecting/integrating with our Customer Service Power BI Dashboard.
Preferred format would be a digital platform designed to help LLA to manage and improve online presence by consolidating, analysing, and enhancing online reviews, social media interactions, and overall digital overview of the airport itself and all involved concessionaires.
