An expression of interest to identify level of market interest for framework of Contractors for renovation and Disabled Extension works in both Occupied and Empty, Domestic Premises across the Bradford District.

Are you a Building & Construction Contractor interested in carrying out building/renovation works in connection with the above?

The maximum order for each job will be £50,000 with the majority being between £10,000-£40,000.

Do you have: Experience of working in occupied houses and giving consideration to owners/tenants?

Experience of dealing with vulnerable people?

Are you able to react to emergencies on your own jobs within 24 hours of being notified of any problems for minor emergencies and within 4 hours for major emergencies?

The Council is issuing this expression of interest to assist them in identifying the level of interest from the market that a framework of this type would attract.

The maximum order value for each job to be procured through this framework is £50,000 with the majority being between £10,000 - £40,000.
