Birmingham City Council (the Council) is seeking to secure a suitable and competent provider to conduct Tenant Satisfaction Measures surveys in line with the Regulator of Social Housing's Consumer Standards.
The provider is required to conduct Tenant Satisfaction Measures ("TSM") surveys in line with the Regulator of Social Housing's ("RSH") Consumer Standards.
This is to ensure that the Council is compliant with the requirement to conduct an annual TSM survey measuring tenant satisfaction and to assist the Council in identifying and addressing areas of tenant dissatisfaction to drive service improvements and change.
The contract will commence in December 2024 for a period of 16 months to the 31st March 2026, with the option to extend for a further one year.
The Council will be using its e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and bidders must register with the system to be able to participate in the procurement process.
