2020154/BHR Cortech Datalog5 hardware upgrade Paddock Centre

West London NHS Trust is looking for a supplier to install Cortech Datalog 5 hardware to the Paddock Centre located in Berkshire.

The scope of this procurement specifically includes: • The backup and verification of all existing Datalog5 system configuration files. • Supply, installation and commissioning of new Datalog5 primary and failover servers and all engineering workstations. • Supply, installation and commissioning of new Mimic server / client machines. • Supply, installation and commissioning of all other engineering workstations. • Supply, installation and commissioning of new control room Datalog5 client machines. • Supply, installation and commissioning of a new incident management suite client machine.

This to include additional Graphics card, memory and licencing to operate as a client / MV server. • Replacement and upgrade of the backup control room client machines.

This to include additional licencing. • Transfer of all existing integration and device licences • Supply, installation and commissioning of new large format 50-55" LED displays in the control room, incident management suite and backup control room. • Supply, installation and commissioning of new 24" 16:9 displays for Datalog5 client machines. • Supply, installation and configuration of dedicated Datalog MV servers for the control room. • Supply, installation and configuration of Datalog MV licences for all MV servers and client workstations. • Supply, installation and configuration of new integration licences for Datalog MV and Avigilon CCTV recording.
