Harnessing Technology - Best Practice Strategy & Implementation

Our requirement is to procure consultancy support for the Devolution Programme Team and Policy Leads across NHS England to undertake detailed policy analysis and to develop a policy framework for devolution of NHS England functions.

We are looking for a Consultant who can provide strategic and policy capacity and capability to: • undertake detailed policy analysis and development with NHS England leads to develop an NHS England policy position on the devolution of each of NHS England's relevant functions to local systems • co-develop with NHS England colleagues a policy framework that supports the design and implementation of devolution of NHS England functions • set out the key questions and implications for both local systems and NHS England in terms of each overarching 'devolution' model • co-develop with NHS England a set of clear recommendations and requirements for secondary legislation that will support the successful implementation and delivery of local government devolution of NHS England functions
