The works shall be complete with all required control systems, electrical services and valves for the correct function of the works to the satisfaction of the client.
The works shall be undertaken in such a manner and sequence that the hot water provision to the hospital is maintained or temporary services are provided at all times.
The Trust requires that the works shall be completed within in a 6-week period ending on Sunday 17th April 2016.
