Cheltenham Borough Homes Estate Regeneration - West Cheltenham - AWARD

Cheltenham Borough Homes (CBH) is the housing arm of Cheltenham Borough Council (CBC), managing and maintaining the circa 4500 rented properties and a further 500 leasehold interests on behalf of Cheltenham Borough Council (CBC).

As part of the Government's National Strategy on Estate Regeneration, CBH has recently secured funding to explore the regeneration of the West Cheltenham Estate.

A project team is required to work with the Development Manager from CBH to deliver a multi-disciplinary response to masterplanning the area.

The masterplanning exercise is to consider the phasing of regeneration activities as part of the feasibility work including, timings and decants, sensitivities of local communities and the legal implications of acquiring relevant leaseholder interests.

CBH will be using the Homes and Communities Agency's Multi-Disciplinary Technical Panel to fulfill this requirement.

In accordance with the procedures for this panel, an initial Sifting Brief will be used to shortlist 4 or 5 suppliers who will then receive the full tender documentation.
